Existing Process: University Sorority Executive Board Member that is in charge of executive applications types up application through a word document then saves the application as a document and sends it out to university sorority members. Each sorority member has to either fill out the form through a word document software, save it as a PDF and then email the filled out PDF back to the sorority member in charge of applications, or print out the application fill it out manually (hand-written), scan and upload it as a PDF and email document back to the sorority member in charge. The sorority member receiving the applications has to upload and save each attached PDF from every sorority member that emails an application in. Once the applications are compiled, the member head of applications has to upload each application individually to the Panhellenic Committee for revision as well as to the remainder of the sorority’s executive board. This process is both extremely inefficient and time consuming for all parties involved.
