Existing Process: Secretary has to manually Google search or perform other Secretary of State searches to compile identification principals of the potential client, in addition to the client’s affiliated companies. This would include– without limitation –the name of the client, principals, managing members, members, owners, shareholders, a holding company or subsidiary, etc. Depending upon the department within Greenberg Traurig, if the department already has an existing potential client intake form in a PDF version, Greenberg Traurig would then have the potential client download the PDF, fill out manually, re-scan and submit to the department.

Bizodo Process: A Potential Client In-take form would be used as a substitute to the otherwise inefficient and inaccurate research process that would have to be done by a lawyer’s secretary. The form would be created through bizodo’s online form builder and would be submitted to all potential clients through bizodo’s online management and emailing tools. The potential client could then fill out the form, which would automatically be securely stored in bizodo’s cloud storage where it could be easily viewed and managed by Greenberg Traurig. If the department already has an existing PDF intake form, the firm would upload the file and automatically populate it online using bizodo’s paperwork automation tool, allowing the law firm to use their own form without the hassle of their potential client having to fill it out manually and email it to a Greenberg Traurig staff member that was indicated.
